i’m flattered that you think i’m smart enough to tag for these type of things

to me this doesn’t make sense. it probably means that there’s a difference in type of calories burned. i.e. in the morning before you eat = less food in you = less energy = your body will use more of its own resources like fat for calories sooner than if you had eaten and waited a while beforehand.
